İşbu Kullanıcı Protokolü ("Protokol", "Kullanım Şartları"), Champer Game Studios ("Şirket", "biz") tarafından işletilen entrywordle.com ("Entry", "Platform") adlı e-spor temalı kelime tahmin oyununun kullanımına ilişkin hak ve yükümlülükleri düzenler. Platform'a erişim sağlayarak, hesap oluşturarak veya Platform'u herhangi bir şekilde (misafir dahil) kullanarak işbu Protokol'ü okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve hükümlerini kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş sayılırsınız. Kullanım Şartları'nı kabul etmiyorsanız Platform'u kullanmamalısınız.
1. Taraflar ve Kabul
İşbu Protokol; hizmet sağlayıcı sıfatıyla Champer Game Studios ile Platform'u kullanan gerçek kişi ("Kullanıcı", "siz") arasında elektronik ortamda akdedilmiştir. Platform'un kullanımı, Protokol'ün yanı sıra Gizlilik Politikası'na da tabidir; iki metin birlikte Platform'a ilişkin sözleşmesel çerçeveyi oluşturur.
2. Hizmetin Tanımı
Entry, e-spor temalı bir kelime tahmin ("Wordle" tarzı) oyunudur. Platform; Klasik mod, Rekabetçi mod, kategori/lig bazlı kelime havuzları, liderlik tablosu, sanal para (coin) ile işleyen bir market ve çekiliş sistemi sunar. Şirket, Platform'un tamamını veya bir kısmını önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme, geçici veya kalıcı olarak durdurma hakkını saklı tutar.
3. Yaş Sınırı ve Ehliyet
Platform'u kullanabilmek için:
En az 13 yaşında olmanız,
18 yaşından küçükseniz veli/vasinizin bilgisi ve onayı dahilinde hareket etmeniz,
Hukuki ehliyete sahip olmanız veya yasal temsilciniz aracılığıyla onay almış olmanız
gerekmektedir. Bu şartları taşımadığınız tespit edilirse hesabınız bildirimde bulunulmaksızın askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.
4. Hesap Oluşturma ve Güvenlik
Hesap oluştururken verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru, güncel ve size ait olması zorunludur.
Google, Discord veya Steam hesabınız ile giriş yapabilir ya da e-posta/şifre yöntemiyle kayıt olabilirsiniz.
Hesap şifrenizin ve oturum güvenliğinizin korunmasından yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızda gerçekleşen tüm işlemler aksi ispatlanmadıkça size ait kabul edilir.
Bir hesap yalnızca bir gerçek kişiye ait olabilir; hesap devri, satışı veya paylaşımı yasaktır.
Protokol'ü kabul ederek kayıt olduğunuzda veya Platform'a giriş yaptığınızda; tarayıcınızın/cihazınızın izin verdiği ölçüde, tarafınıza push (anlık) bildirim gönderilmesi için sistem tarafından otomatik olarak izin talebinde bulunulabilir. Bu bildirimler; günün kelimesi hatırlatması, ödül ve kampanya duyuruları, arkadaşlık/etkileşim bildirimleri ve hesabınızla ilgili önemli duyuruları içerebilir.
Bildirim iznini istediğiniz zaman tarayıcı ayarlarınızdan veya Platform içindeki Ayarlar > Bildirimler menüsünden geri alabilirsiniz.
5. Beta Sürüm Şartları
Platform şu an kapalı beta aşamasındadır. Bu dönemde: hizmet zaman zaman kesintiye uğrayabilir, hatalar (bug) görülebilir, oyun dengesi (coin, XP, market fiyatları) önceden bildirilmeksizin değiştirilebilir ve test verileri, coin bakiyeleri veya istatistikler kısmen ya da tamamen sıfırlanabilir. Beta dönemine katılım, nihai sürümde aynı avantaj veya verilerin korunacağı anlamına gelmez.
6. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri
Platform'u kullanırken aşağıdaki davranışlardan kaçınmayı kabul edersiniz:
Hile yapmak, bot/otomasyon aracı veya benzeri yazılımlar kullanmak, güvenlik açıklarından yararlanmak,
Birden fazla hesap oluşturarak sistem avantajlarını (çekiliş, günlük hak, ödül vb.) kötüye kullanmak,
Başka bir kullanıcıyı taciz etmek, tehdit etmek, hakaret etmek veya nefret söylemi içeren paylaşımlarda bulunmak,
Kullanıcı adı, biyografi, geri bildirim veya diğer alanlara yasa dışı, müstehcen, ayrımcı veya üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal eden içerik eklemek,
Platform'un altyapısına zarar verecek, aşırı yük bindirecek veya erişilebilirliğini bozacak eylemlerde bulunmak,
Platform kaynak kodunu, kelime veritabanını veya API'lerini izinsiz kopyalamak, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya ticari amaçla yeniden kullanmak,
Yönetici veya moderatör kimliğine bürünmek, sahte hesap/kimlik oluşturmak.
Bu maddelerin ihlali, Bölüm 10'da açıklanan yaptırımlara tabidir.
7. Oyun İçi Puan ve Ödül Sistemi
Coin, yalnızca Platform içinde kullanılabilen, gerçek parasal değeri olmayan sanal bir birimdir; oyun içi tahminler karşılığında kazanılır veya kaybedilir.
Coin; nakde çevrilemez, gerçek para veya başka bir dijital varlıkla değiştirilemez, başka bir kullanıcıya devredilemez ve Şirket dışında herhangi bir yerde değeri yoktur.
Market üzerinden coin karşılığında sunulan ürünler (ör. Steam key) ve çekilişler, stok/kontenjan ile sınırlıdır; Şirket, ürün ve fiyatları önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme veya kaldırma hakkını saklı tutar.
Çekiliş kazananları, sistem üzerinden rastgele (kriptografik rastgelelik ile) belirlenir; sonuçlar kesindir ve itiraz konusu edilemez.
Coin bakiyeleri ve market/çekiliş işlemleri yalnızca sunucu tarafında doğrulanır; herhangi bir teknik hata sonucu oluşan hatalı bakiyeler, Şirket tarafından düzeltilebilir.
8. Kullanıcı İçeriği
Profil fotoğrafı, banner, biyografi, geri bildirim ve benzeri şekilde Platform'a yüklediğiniz içeriklerin ("Kullanıcı İçeriği") yasal içerik olmasından ve üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal etmemesinden siz sorumlusunuz. Kullanıcı İçeriği'ni Platform üzerinde barındırmak, göstermek ve gerektiğinde teknik olarak işlemek üzere Şirket'e münhasır olmayan, dünya çapında, telifsiz bir kullanım hakkı tanırsınız. Şirket, uygun görmediği veya işbu Protokol'e aykırı Kullanıcı İçeriği'ni önceden bildirim yapmaksızın kaldırabilir.
9. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları
Entry markası, logosu, kelime veritabanı, arayüz tasarımı, yazılım kaynak kodu ve Platform'a ait diğer tüm fikri ve sınai mülkiyet hakları Champer Game Studios'a aittir ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında korunmaktadır. İşbu Protokol, Platform'un kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanımı için size sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir kullanım izni verir; bunun ötesinde hiçbir hak devredilmez.
10. İhlal, Askıya Alma ve Hesap Feshi
Şirket, işbu Protokol'ün ihlal edildiğini tespit etmesi halinde, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın ve kendi takdirine bağlı olarak aşağıdaki tedbirlerden birini veya birkaçını uygulayabilir:
Uyarı verme,
Hesabı geçici olarak askıya alma (süreli ban),
Hesabı kalıcı olarak kapatma,
Coin, ödül veya kazanımları iptal etme,
Gerekli hallerde yetkili makamlara bildirimde bulunma.
Hesabınızın haksız yere askıya alındığını düşünüyorsanız bize itirazınızı iletebilirsiniz; her itiraz incelenir ancak nihai karar Şirket'e aittir.
11. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Platform "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulmaktadır; kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağına dair açık ya da zımni hiçbir garanti verilmemektedir. Şirket; Platform'un kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından, veri kaybından, hesap askıya alınmasından ya da üçüncü taraf hizmetlerdeki (Firebase, Cloudinary, Cloudflare, ödeme/OAuth sağlayıcıları vb.) aksaklıklardan doğan doğrudan veya dolaylı hiçbir zarardan, yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde sorumlu tutulamaz. Kullanıcılar, Platform'u kendi risk ve sorumlulukları altında kullanır.
12. Üçüncü Taraf Servisler
Platform; Firebase, Cloudinary, Cloudflare, Google AdSense, Discord ve Steam gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanır. Bu servislerin kendi kullanım şartları ve gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir; Şirket, bu üçüncü taraf servislerin içeriğinden, kullanılabilirliğinden veya politikalarından sorumlu değildir.
13. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlık Çözümü
İşbu Protokol, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Protokol'den doğan veya Protokol ile bağlantılı her türlü uyuşmazlığın çözümünde Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici sıfatını haiz kullanıcılar bakımından, ilgili tüketici mevzuatındaki emredici yetki hükümleri saklıdır.
14. Değişiklikler
Şirket, işbu Protokol'ü zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. Önemli değişiklikler site üzerinden duyurulur; değişiklik sonrası Platform'un kullanılmaya devam edilmesi, güncel Protokol'ün kabul edildiği anlamına gelir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada, sayfa üstündeki "Yürürlük tarihi" ile birlikte yayınlanır.

User Agreement and Terms of Use

This User Agreement (the "Agreement", the "Terms of Use") sets out the rights and obligations relating to the use of entrywordle.com ("Entry", the "Platform"), an esports-themed word guessing game operated by Champer Game Studios (the "Company", "we"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account or using the Platform in any way (including as a guest), you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted this Agreement. If you do not accept the Terms of Use, you should not use the Platform.
1. Parties and Acceptance
This Agreement is concluded electronically between Champer Game Studios, as the service provider, and the natural person using the Platform (the "User", "you"). Use of the Platform is subject to this Agreement as well as the Privacy Policy; together, the two documents form the contractual framework for the Platform.
2. Description of the Service
Entry is an esports-themed word guessing ("Wordle"-style) game. The Platform offers a Classic mode, a Ranked mode, word pools by category/league, a leaderboard, and a shop and giveaway system that runs on virtual currency (coins). The Company reserves the right to change, or temporarily or permanently discontinue, all or part of the Platform without prior notice.
3. Age Limit and Capacity
To use the Platform, you must:
be at least 13 years old,
act with the knowledge and consent of your parent/guardian if you are under 18,
have legal capacity or have obtained consent through your legal representative.
If it is found that you do not meet these conditions, your account may be suspended or closed without notice.
4. Account Creation and Security
The information you provide when creating an account must be accurate, up to date and your own.
You can sign in with your Google, Discord or Steam account, or register with email and password.
You alone are responsible for protecting your password and session security. All activity on your account is deemed to be yours unless proven otherwise.
An account may belong to only one natural person; transferring, selling or sharing accounts is prohibited.
If you notice any suspected unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately.
5a. Notifications
When you register by accepting this Agreement or sign in to the Platform, the system may automatically ask for permission to send you push notifications, to the extent your browser/device allows. These notifications may include daily word reminders, reward and campaign announcements, friend/interaction notifications and important notices about your account.
You can withdraw notification permission at any time in your browser settings or in Settings > Notifications on the Platform.
5. Beta Terms
The Platform is currently in closed beta. During this period the service may be interrupted from time to time, bugs may occur, game balance (coins, XP, shop prices) may be changed without notice, and test data, coin balances or statistics may be partially or fully reset. Taking part in the beta does not mean that the same advantages or data will be kept in the final release.
6. User Obligations
While using the Platform, you agree not to:
cheat, use bots, automation tools or similar software, or exploit security vulnerabilities,
abuse system benefits (giveaways, daily attempts, rewards, etc.) by creating multiple accounts,
harass, threaten or insult other users, or post hate speech,
add illegal, obscene or discriminatory content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties, to your username, bio, feedback or other fields,
take actions that damage the Platform's infrastructure, overload it or impair its availability,
copy, reverse engineer or commercially reuse the Platform's source code, word database or APIs without permission,
impersonate an administrator or moderator, or create fake accounts/identities.
Violations of these rules are subject to the sanctions described in Section 10.
7. In-Game Points and Rewards
Coins are a virtual unit with no real monetary value that can only be used within the Platform; they are earned or lost through in-game guesses.
Coins cannot be converted into cash, exchanged for real money or any other digital asset, or transferred to another user, and have no value anywhere outside the Company.
Items offered in the shop in exchange for coins (e.g. Steam keys) and giveaways are limited by stock/quota; the Company reserves the right to change or remove items and prices without prior notice.
Giveaway winners are chosen randomly by the system (using cryptographic randomness); results are final and cannot be disputed.
Coin balances and shop/giveaway transactions are verified only on the server side; incorrect balances caused by any technical error may be corrected by the Company.
8. User Content
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload to the Platform, such as profile photos, banners, bios and feedback ("User Content"), is lawful and does not infringe the rights of third parties. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and, where necessary, technically process User Content on the Platform. The Company may remove User Content it deems inappropriate or contrary to this Agreement without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The Entry brand, logo, word database, interface design, software source code and all other intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the Platform belong to Champer Game Studios and are protected under the applicable legislation. This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes; no other rights are transferred.
10. Violations, Suspension and Termination
If the Company determines that this Agreement has been violated, it may, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, apply one or more of the following measures:
issuing a warning,
temporarily suspending the account (timed ban),
permanently closing the account,
cancelling coins, rewards or winnings,
notifying the competent authorities where necessary.
If you believe your account was suspended unfairly, you can send us an appeal; every appeal is reviewed, but the final decision rests with the Company.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available"; no express or implied warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, data loss, account suspension, or disruptions in third-party services (Firebase, Cloudinary, Cloudflare, payment/OAuth providers, etc.). Users use the Platform at their own risk and responsibility.
12. Third-Party Services
The Platform uses third-party services such as Firebase, Cloudinary, Cloudflare, Google AdSense, Discord and Steam. Those services' own terms of use and privacy policies apply; the Company is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of these third-party services.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement. For users who qualify as consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction provisions of the applicable consumer legislation are reserved.
14. Changes
The Company may update this Agreement from time to time. Significant changes are announced on the site; continuing to use the Platform after a change means that you accept the updated Agreement. The current version is always published on this page together with the "Effective date" at the top of the page.
